CEO
Sri Bharadwaj (Sri) is our CEO and has over 20 years of experience building products in healthcare. Sri is certified for AI Strategy in Healthcare through the Harvard Medical School. Sri is an entrepreneur having built successful products in Silicon Valley. He has led digital innovation for large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN)s and has in the past helped evaluate several solutions in the marketplace for and on behalf of investors. Sri has held many leadership positions in both acute, post-acute and payer organizations. Sri is a Chartered Accountant, MBA, MS, CHCIO, CDH-L, CHISL, CPHIMS, PMP, CISSP, Chartered Global Management Accountant (FCGMA).
Dr. Habib Dalhoumi, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Habib Dalhoumi is a Biochemist, Medical Doctor, and recognized expert in Lifestyle, Aesthetic, and Longevity Medicine. Board-Certified in Family Medicine with advanced training in Obesity Medicine and Regenerative Medicine, he brings over 25 years of clinical experience to XHalo360.
He spent a decade as the Site Director of one of San Diego’s leading acute-care centers before founding Inspire Wellness, now one of the region’s top-rated aesthetic and wellness practices. Over the past 15 years, Dr. Dalhoumi has become known for integrating longevity science, advanced aesthetic medicine, and metabolic optimization into a cohesive, patient-centered model of care.
As Chief Medical Officer, he guides the vision and clinical architecture of XHalo360—bridging medicine, technology, and innovation to redefine the future of intelligent, concierge-level care.

Ebad Mobaligh is the Chief Technology Officer at Xhalo360, guiding the company’s technology vision, product development, and engineering strategy. With deep expertise in scalable systems, cloud architecture, and AI-driven solutions, he leads the creation of innovative platforms that power Xhalo360’s immersive digital ecosystem.
Ebad has a proven track record of building strong engineering teams and delivering high-impact products across multiple industries. At Xhalo360, he oversees R&D initiatives, strengthens the company’s technical infrastructure, and ensures that all solutions meet the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance.

Experienced across a wide range of functions including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management, Software Development, Risk Management, and Corporate Strategy. Keeping a consistent focus on driving organizational excellence and measurable business impact. Passionate about creating differentiated value for shareholders, clients, and employees, and about guiding teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
